Basic Selling Skills

Basic Selling Skills is a three day fundamentals of selling class geared to new and intermediate level salespeople. This class includes a full day of on-the-floor coaching and follow up.

Processes including the Road to the Sale, Meet and Greet, Needs Assessment, and Product Knowledge are trained, discussed and role-played.

Advanced Selling Skills

Advance Selling Skills is a two day closing class that deeply addresses the challenges and commitments needed to close a deal. Role-play and videos are integral to the instant improvement the salespeople receive. The class includes a full day of desk coaching, real deal training, and follow up.

In depth classwork involving Objections, Stalls, and Putoffs provide the salespeople with a multitude of tools needed for success. A review of the Road to the Sales from every angle is included in the class agenda.

Workshops and Seminars

Time is a currency in today’s dealership environment. Short duration topic workshops address productivity issues in a triage menu-driven format. The sessions are as short as one hour or up to one day, and are customized for specific store needs.
